DO NOT ‘WALK ALONE’ WITH GOD

You Don’t Have to Be Strong All the Time

Today, there is something we must remind ourselves of. As you go out into your daily walk with God, you do not always have to appear strong before God. You don’t have to pretend that nothing affects you while deep within you are weighed down, burdened, and tired.

God did not call you to perform for Him. He called you into relationship.

God did not call you to perform for Him. He called you into relationship. Not as a slave striving to impress a master. But as a son, as a daughter. And if you are a child, then you must speak to your Father.

Talk to Him. Tell Him how you truly feel. Tell Him what burdens your heart. Tell Him when things feels too hard or heavy. Tell Him when you are overwhelmed. Tell Him when you are tired of trying to be strong. Ask Him for help.

Because when you bottle everything up and try to carry it alone, you are not walking with God , you are walking by yourself. Therefore, the weight you were never meant to carry alone begins to press you down. It will overwhelm you. It may even cause you to lose clarity and direction.

But here is the beautiful truth:

God is not intimidated by your weakness.In fact, it is often in that very moment of weakness that He shows up mightily strongest.

There will be days when you do not feel as strong as you did yesterday but God is not condemning you. He is not disappointed in you. He is not pushing you away. He is not intimidated by your weakness.In fact, it is often in that very moment of weakness that He shows up mightily strongest.

When you are weak, He is strong. When you feel empty, He never runs dry. When you feel cold, He wraps you in His warmth

You will see His strength. You will feel His power .You will experience His Help!

So today,

“Do not walk alone with God; walk with God, with God”

Be Sincere. Be vulnerable. Be Humble.

Let God help you. Let Him walk with you as you journey through life.
